SUNDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY

Sunday Morning Bible Studies are offered for all ages. Bible study begins at 9:15 am and lasts for approximately one hour. The Bible studies are done in groups based on age. But we encourage everyone to find a group with which they feel comfortable.

PRIME TIME

Prime Time is a senior citizen fellowship which meets at 6:30 pm on the second Monday of each month at the church. This group is for anyone 50 years old or older. The fellowship generally includes a covered-dish meal followed by various table games, cards, dominoes, and just plain good old-fashioned fellowship.

MISSIONS EDUCATION & INVOLVEMENT

For women, we have the Woman's Missionary Union which includes Mission Friends and Women On Mission.

THE COOPERATIVE PROGRAM AND SECOND BAPTIST

We also support Missions on a world-wide basis by participation in the Southern Baptist Cooperative Program. By cooperating voluntarily with 37,000 other Southern Baptist Churches, we support over 7000 missionaries in 114 countries and in all 50 states and territories of the United States. Eight percent of our church budget offering goes to the Cooperative Program, and three and a half percent goes to Associational Missions.

In addition to church budget offerings we collect special missions offerings for different mission emphases. We collect for Foreign Missions, Home Missions, State Missions and Associational Missions. These offerings are given in addition to our regular church budget offerings and go directly to the mission cause for which they are collected.
